TERMS OF SALE
The owner of the online shop www.katitorim.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is ISIKUTURUNDUS OÜ 14952365 (registration code ), with its registered office in Porto, Portugal.
Validity of the sales contract, goods, and price information.
- The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchasing goods from the Webshop.
- The partner for the mediation of payments is the bank links provided by Maksekeskus AS.
- The prices (€) of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated at the foot of the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge.
- The delivery fee depends on the Buyer’s location delivery method. The charge is displayed to the Buyer when the Buyer is placed.
- Information about the goods is provided in the online shop directly next to the goods.
- Our company is the personal data controller. We forward the personal data necessary for executing payments to an authorized employee of Maksekesus AS.
Placing an order
- You need to add the desired products to the shopping cart to order the goods. Then, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The fee amount will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method.
- The contract will enter into force as soon as the amount due has been credited to the Webshop’s account.
- Suppose the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to their expiry or for any other reason. In that case, the Buyer will be refunded as soon as possible. The money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, not later than 14 days after the notification.
Delivery
- The goods will be sent to the following countries.
- The purchaser bears the shipping costs; the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
- The price of the goods is indicated in the Buyer’s delivery address and isBuyerlayed on the invoice.The delivery address is shown on the invoice. The goods will be displayed on the invoice. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 10-14 calendar days.
- In exceptional cases, the right of delivery is granted up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
- After receipt of the order, the Buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop.

- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is legal.
- In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.
- If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
- To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and sent to the email address kati@katitorim.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The purchaser bears the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for returning the goods is that they are not as ordered (e.g., wrong or defective goods).
- The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
- Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request, refund to the Buyer all payments received from the Buyer under the Buyer Contract.
- The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the Buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
- If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the price of the usual delivery method.
- The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a complaint
- The online shop shall be liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Buyer that is already present at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
- During the first six months of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is presumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.
- The Buyer has to contact the Webshop within two months in case of a defect by emailing kati@katitorim.com.
- The online shop shall not be liable for defects occurring after delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
- If the Buyer finds that the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is liable, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods.
- If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online shop will refund all the buyers included in the sales contract.
- The online shop shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
- The online shop will only use the personal data provided by the Buyer (including your username, telephone number, address, email address, and bank details) to process the order and send the goods to the Buyer.
- The Buyer’s shop transfers personal data to companies that provide transport services in order to deliver the goods.
- The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the Buyer’s email only if the Buyer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
- The purchaser may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by email by notifying us or following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
- If the Buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be emailed to kati@katitorim.com.
- Suppose the Buyer and thBuyerine Store cannot resolve the dispute through an agreement.
- In that case, the Buyer can reBuyer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

- The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent in settling disputes arising out of a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Buyerine Shop. Examining the Buyer’s computer, the Commission is free of charge.
